能相對降低的滑動速度摩擦力，可以用于旋轉(zhuǎn)，角度，軸向或直線運動。潤滑是由提供滑動材料本身提供的，只要運轉(zhuǎn)開始固體潤滑劑就會通過微磨損的軸承材料來釋放，潤滑劑保持接觸的區(qū)域內(nèi)的甚至在重負載下，高性能的滑動表面和一個持續(xù)之間的分離低摩擦系數(shù)可以保證軸承的磨損量在非常小的范圍內(nèi)。
